You will not be able to download from your gallery, until your pre-purchased, individual photo selections are made.

Once you have selected which image/s you want to receive, I will then adjust your gallery so that you may download all of the images you have purchased.

To select your image/s, save it/them to the favourites list I have set up for you in your gallery called 'Pre-purchased Download Selections'. You should find it in the drop down menu of favourites lists.

If you are placing an order for additional items you can instead select the image you want to download at ORDER ITEM AOS in your gallery store (you will not be charged for this).

After choosing the correct number of images included in your pre-order, you may realise that you wish to add additional downloads of individual images not included in your pre-purchase, or upgrade to a mini shoot. Any image in your gallery may be added for $10.

The following is an example of why you would upgrade instead. If you pre-ordered a group photo and portrait package ($20), and would now like to add four more images of your child to download ($10 per image), then you are better off upgrading to an individual mini shoot for one child ($60) as both options will cost you an additional $40, however the mini  shoot will include all photos taken of your child, and all group photo out-takes and bonus school photos.

Add individual digital downloads, or upgrade to additional mini shoots at ITEM AO1 in your gallery store.

If you wish to order a print of an additional photo, you can also order it at ITEM AO2 - Low cost prints, instead of AO1,  in which case you will need to select the option that includes the download. (If you are also ordering prints of photos that are part of pre-purchased individual photos, make sure you don't pay for the download again, and select the print only option for these). All images must be purchased as downloads along with a print. 

If you are adding individual images to your order, either to download or print. First make a favourites list of the photos you wish to include.

 

To add a photo to your favourites list, click on the heart icon on the image. You can create different favourite lists if you like. They can be helpful in narrowing your selection down.

Then when you get to the print store and need to select your image, use the drop-down menu (top left) and change from ‘All Photos to ‘My Favourites’.

​

You will then only see the images that you put in the favourite list, when making your selection.

All purchased images are yours to print from, whenever and wherever you wish.

Free delivery to the school/kinder if placed by due date. Suits small orders of one or two prints, or for those wanting convenience. Good way to add a group photo print to your order, if it is the only print you want.

You will first need to finalise any add on purchases, and select your individual images via ORDER ITEM AO3. I will then adjust your gallery so that you can download your purchases. 

You will then need to download the images and upload them to the MPP website, where you have access to great prices, professional prints and a 15% off discount code for your first order.

 

You can use this printer for all your personal printing too. You need my account number (31610) to access their site. Flat rate shipping of $10

THIS PURCHASE OPTION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE IN YOUR GALLERY STORE UNTIL YOUR PHOTO SELECTIONS ARE FINALISED.

Once your choices are made I will adjust your gallery and store settings to include this printer at cost price, and you will be able to place a separate order with the printer. This is a way to order prints of your photos, along with a beautiful product to keep them in for your own viewing or gifting. I am selling framing mounts, display stands and matted albums.

I have also provided links, so that you may also purchase directly from the supplier instead if you wish.

 

If you purchase from me there is a small markup for my handling costs. I will deliver these products to your school/kinder. Prints are included at cost price (no markup).

If you wish to include photos of images that are not included in your pre-purchase, you will need to select the 'add download' option at AO8.

ORDER BY THE DUE DATE

To be honest, I am not in the season of my life when I can confidently predict an exact time frame for getting all of the orders out. The time frame varies based on what orders are placed, and whether anything unexpected arises with my young family, in particular if anything causes my youngest child to miss his own kinder sessions!

For the majority of families, kinder photos are a long-term investment and keepsake, and not needed within a specific time frame. But if you need your photos for gifting, or because you are moving away from the area, or any other reason, please advise me of the date you require them, when placing your order. I can get digital files to you within a week, (probably sooner in a pinch) but obtaining prints for you will need approximately two weeks notice. 

​

Otherwise, orders are sent out as they are completed, and I start with those who have made the biggest investment.

 

I don’t use AI editing, as I am unsure of the privacy ramifications, so it does take time to work through the large amount of photos that I provide. 

 

I am more than happy to fast track orders, just be up front about your needs and I will meet them.

My payment plan option is simple, pay what you can, when you can, within the year that the photos were taken. You will receive your order once it is all paid for.
