Advice for families who pre-ordered mini shoots only

This page is for families who pre-ordered their school photos as Mini Shoots only. It takes you through the downloading and printing options available, once you gain access to your gallery.

Please take note of the date that your gallery expires, this is when print orders are due, and your files need to be downloaded by. This date was provided in the email inviting you to view your gallery. It came via Pixieset and provided your PIN and access code. Please check your junk mail if you can't locate it, or email Rebecca.

I provide the following four options, as easy ways for you to access high quality professional prints at low or cost price.

ORDER ITEM AO2 -Low cost prints

Available for all images in your gallery.

These will be delivered to the school/kinder if placed by due date.

Suits small orders of one or two prints, as you avoid a delivery fee, or for those wanting convenience. This is a good option if you only want to print the group photo.

Print yourself with 'My Pro Photo'

BEST VALUE FOR LARGE ORDERS. PRINT YOUR OWN AT COST PRICE. BOUTIQUE PRODUCTS. DOWNLOAD & UPLOAD REQUIRED. FLAT RATE DELIVERY FEE. PURCHASE ONLINE AT PRINTERS WEBSITE.

You will need to download your photos and upload to the MPP website.

You will have access to great prices, professional prints and a 15% off discount code for your first order. (Code provided in original email with gallery acces info).

You can use this printer for all your personal printing too.

You need my account number (31610) to access their site.

PRINTING OPTION THREE

Purchase from gallery printer

MOST EXPENSIVE WAY TO PRINT YOUR OWN. PROVIDED AT COST PRICE. BOUTIQUE PRODUCTS. PURCHASE VIA YOUR GALLERY. VARIABLE DELIVERY FEE. CONVENIENT.

This refers to the print options available in your online gallery which are not provided by Rebecca. These will not have an ORDER ITEM # . I have left them at cost price in your gallery.
The printer will send them directly to you, they charge a delivery fee starting at $16.50.
You only have access to this purchase option until the gallery expiry date.

This is a convenient option to buy boutique prints from your gallery without needing to upload to another website.

It is not the cheapest option.

This is a way to order prints of your photos, along with a beautiful product to keep them in for your own viewing or gifting.

I am selling framing mounts, display stands and matted albums.

The supplier of these products is The Photographers Toolbox. You may wish to purchase directly from them instead, as they have a larger range of products and services.

If you purchase from me there is a small markup for my handling costs, but no delivery fee as I will deliver them to the school/kinder. Prints are included at cost price (no markup).

Fast track your order

To be honest, I am not in the season of my life when I can confidently predict an exact time frame for getting all of the orders out. The time frame varies based on what orders are placed, and whether anything unexpected arises with my young family, in particular if anything causes my youngest child to miss his own kinder sessions!

For the majority of families, kinder photos are a long-term investment and keepsake, and not needed within a specific time frame. But if you need your photos for gifting, or because you are moving away from the area, or any other reason, please advise me of the date you require them, when placing your order. You can do this via email - rebeccalandycreates@outlook.com

I can get digital files to you within a week, (probably sooner in a pinch) but obtaining prints for you will need approximately two weeks notice.

Otherwise, orders are sent out as they are completed, and I start with those who have made the biggest investment.

I don’t use AI editing, as I am unsure of the privacy ramifications, so it does take time to work through the large amount of photos that I provide.

I am more than happy to fast track orders, just be up front about your needs and I will meet them.

My payment plan option is simple, pay what you can, when you can, within the year that the photos were taken. You will receive your order once it is all paid for.
