I stand by the quality of my work and my ability to offer you a wide range of personalised, professional photos to make your selection from. I have never been asked for a refund.

Should your circumstances change before photo day and you wish to cancel your order, or your child is unable to attend for photos, a full refund will be provided. (Please note I do return for children who were absent).

Once photos have been taken of your child, no refund is available as my services have been provided.

I am very critical of my work, and on occasion may feel that I have fallen short on photos for The Full Story package. In which case I offer families the choice of a discount, print package, or additional photo session.
