You will not be able to download from your gallery, until your pre-purchased, individual photo selections are made.

Once you have selected which image/s you want to receive, I will then adjust your gallery so that you may download all of the images you have purchased.

​

To select your image/s, save it/them to the favourites list I have set up for you in your gallery called 'Highlights pre-order image selection'. You should find it in the drop down menu of favourites lists, which will be visible when you click on the heart icon of your chosen image.

After saving the correct number of images included in your pre-order, to your favourites list, you may realise that you wish to purchase additional downloads. To add any image in your gallery (official group and out-takes included), simply save them to the same favourites list and purchase the correct amount of extras for $10 each, at Item AO1 in your gallery store.

If you wish to download all images in your gallery, you will find the option to upgrade to The Full Story at Item AO2. This price will be determined by your pre-order, and is $120 minus the amount you spent on your pre-order.

If you would like to add quite a few images to your order, please consider whether the upgrade provides better value for you. When you upgrade you receive all individual photos of your child, all official group photos and out-takes, any photos taken with friends and bonus photos of the kinder setting.

You may wish to start your own favourites list during the process of deciding what you would like. 

 

To create a favourites list, click on the heart icon on an image. You can create different favourite lists if you like. They can be helpful in narrowing your selection down.

​

Then when you get to the print store and need to select your image, use the drop-down menu (top left) and change from ‘All Photos to ‘My Favourites’.

​

You will then only see the images that you put in the favourite list, when making your selection.

Print purchases are not an option until after digital download selections and purchases have been finalised. You are then welcome to print your own or place a separate print order with me. Upon finalising your download purchases and selections, your gallery store will be changed to offer a print menu instead.

 

Remember, all purchased images are yours to print from, whenever and wherever you wish.

Free delivery to the school/kinder if placed by due date. Suits small orders of one or two prints, or for those wanting convenience. Good way to add a group photo print to your order, if it is the only print you want.

You can use this printer for all your personal printing too. You need my account number (31610) to access their site. Flat rate shipping of $10. There is a minimum spend of $10 required or they charge you a $5 fee.

Once your choices are made I will adjust your gallery and store settings to include this printer at cost price, and you will be able to place a separate order with the printer. This is a way to order prints of your photos, along with a beautiful product to keep them in for your own viewing or gifting. I am selling framing mounts, display stands and matted albums.

I have also provided links, so that you may also purchase directly from the supplier instead if you wish.

 

If you purchase from me there is a small markup for my handling costs. I will deliver these products to your school/kinder. Prints are included at cost price (no markup).

ORDER BY THE DUE DATE

To be honest, I am not in the season of my life when I can confidently predict an exact time frame for getting all of the orders out. The time frame varies based on what orders are placed, and whether anything unexpected arises with my young family, in particular if anything causes my youngest child to miss his own kinder sessions!

For the majority of families, kinder photos are a long-term investment and keepsake, and not needed within a specific time frame. But if you need your photos for gifting, or because you are moving away from the area, or any other reason, please advise me of the date you require them, when placing your order. I can get digital files to you within a week, (probably sooner in a pinch) but obtaining prints for you will need approximately two weeks notice. 

​

Otherwise, orders are sent out as they are completed, and I start with those who have made the biggest investment.

 

I don’t use AI editing, as I am unsure of the privacy ramifications, so it does take time to work through the large amount of photos that I provide. 

 

I am more than happy to fast track orders, just be up front about your needs and I will meet them.

You are welcome to start a payment plan for the purchase of your digital files. Print purchases however, must be paid for at the time of ordering as there is no mark up in the price.

My payment plan option is simple, pay what you can, when you can, within the year that the photos were taken. You will receive your order once it is all paid for.

​
